Refunds & Cancelations
All purchases are considered final.
Due to the nature of digital items and server perks, refunds will not be issued once the item has been delivered.
If a technical issue prevents delivery of your purchase, please contact staff in Discord and we will resolve the issue.
To cancel your subscription:
1. Go to https://portal.tebex.io/enter-email
2. Enter your purchase email
3. Check your email for the login link
4. Open it → go to Subscriptions → Cancel
OR use the “Manage Subscription” link in your purchase email
